Accident/Workmen's Compensation

The Work Injury Benefits Insurance provides indemnity to an employer against legal liability under the Workers Compensation Act, 2000 in respect of assessments and awards for bodily injury to a workman due to accident or occupational disease arising out of and in the course of the employment.
