This is the minimum legal insurance cover required by all motorists to cover them from liability arising out of the use of the motor vehicle causing Bodily injury and or death to third parties.

This type of insurance compensates third parties only, not the Insured/owner of the motor vehicle. The compensation is up to the limits stated in the schedule of the policy.
